Dashboard – Cases
Once logged in, users can access the Dockets Dashboard.
The features and layout of this section vary based on the logged-in user's role and division.
- Use the side menu to navigate to the Dashboard.
- Click the corresponding tab to open that section.

The Dockets tab displays all cases accessible to the user.
Dashboard Queues and Functionalities
| Queue / Function | Eligible Divisions | Functionality |

| All Active Cases | All divisions | Displays all cases accepted by the Records Division and made public. |
| My Cases | All users except PIB, IT, CRD, and HR Divisions | Displays cases assigned to the logged-in user. |
| New Case Request | Records Division only | Lists cases pending review for acceptance or rejection. |
| Rejected Cases | Records Division only | Displays cases that were rejected. |
| All Closed Cases | All divisions | Lists all cases with a "Closed" status. |
| Submit New Case | Records, OGC, and Legal Divisions | Allows filing of a new case. |
| Submit a Formal Complaint | Records and CRD Divisions | Allows submission of a formal complaint. |

All Active Cases
Visible to all users.
Displays all cases accepted by the Records Staff or Records Supervisor.
Columns displayed include:
- Docket # – Unique case identifier.
- Case Type – Classification (e.g., Pipeline).
- Case Category – Specific case category.
- Case Caption – Case title or summary.
- Company – Associated organization or party.
- Filed By – Person or role who submitted the request.
- Filed Date – Submission date and time.
- Assigned Users – Assigned system users.
- Status – Current case status.
- Source of Request – Originating division or role.
My Cases
Visible to all users except PIB, IT, CRD, and HR Divisions.
Displays cases assigned to the logged-in user.
Columns displayed:
- Docket #, Case Type, Case Category, Case Caption, Company, Filed By, Filed Date, Assigned Users, Status, Source of Request
New Case Requests
Visible only to the Records Division.
Displays cases that require review to accept or reject.
Columns displayed:
- Docket #, Case Type, Case Category, Case Caption, Company, Filed By, Filed Date, Assigned Users, Status, Source of Request
Rejected Cases
Visible only to Records Division users.
Displays cases that were rejected.
Columns displayed:
- Docket #, Case Type, Case Category, Case Caption, Company, Filed By, Submitted On, Status, Source of Request, Rejected By, Rejected On
All Closed Cases
Visible to all users.
Displays all cases that have a Closed status.
Columns displayed:
- Docket #, Case Type, Case Category, Case Caption, Company
